Why is this course important?

The Welsh Assembly Government and the wider UK Government are increasingly looking at how providers place learners at the heart of their planning, decision-making and quality assurance processes, and seeking evidence of the impact these processes have on learners' experiences. Learner Voice is now a Key Performance Indicator in all Estyn and Ofsted Inspections.
