Motivating and Engaging NEET Young People


Course overview

This programme is designed to be delivered to front line staff working directly with NEET Young People (Not in Education Employment or Training). The aim is to identify the reasons for the young person being NEET and to provide participants with tools and strategies that will engage the young person and increase their chances of sustaining learning or employment.

Who is this course for?

Ideal for all professionals working within educational establishments across the UK including Primary, Secondary and Independent Schools, The Youth Justice System, Connexions, CareersWales/Scotland, F.E. Colleges and Work Based Learning Providers (E2E).
