Leadership & Management (ILM) Assessor
Are you an experienced leader/manager who is passionate about the development of others? Are you interested in offering management qualifications to individuals through your own diary management? If so, we want to hear from you!
The Assessor role involves assessing and training candidates on the Level 4/5 Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management, which includes the delivery of Essential Skills Wales qualifications.
Successful applicants will have previously worked within a leadership and/or managerial role and will be Assessor qualified. A qualification held in leadership and management is desirable as is the ability to speak Welsh.
Travel is required across south East and south West Wales when visiting candidates, therefore a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.
Basic Salary: From £28,000 to £32,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications held

Base: Field based (home based)
Hours: Full-time. Reduced hours will be considered
