Leadership and Management Assessor

Are you an experienced Manager who is passionate about the development of others? Are you interested in offering management qualifications to individuals through your own diary management? If so, we want to hear from you!

We are looking for assessors, across Powys, North and South East Wales, to join our ILM Management Team. The role involves assessing and training candidates on the Level 4/5 Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management Programme, which includes the delivery of Essential Skills Wales qualifications.

The successful applicants will have previously worked within a leadership and/or managerial role and possess a great attitude and willingness to adapt and develop themselves further. Experience of using Microsoft Office applications is essential. A qualification held in either leadership and management or assessment practice is desirable however full training will be given if required. V1/PGCE or equivalent qualifications are also desirable.

Daily travel to visit candidates within allocated areas is to be expected, therefore a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.

Basic Salary: From £28,000 to £32,000 per annum based on experience and qualifications held, PLUS an additional £500 for Welsh medium delivery.

Additional Benefits: Laptop, mobile phone, generous holiday package and contributory pension scheme.

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week), although reduced hours will be considered.
