Overview

The Level 4 Diploma is a Higher Apprenticeship programme which is funded by Welsh Government. The programme aims to develop management and leadership skills and techniques through a mixed assessment approach, providing a qualification that is highly valued and internationally recognised across all sectors of industry.

This qualification is designed for new and aspiring department heads, leaders and other middle managers – really get to grips with the role, gain comprehensive business knowledge and develop the skills you need to lead and inspire others at this level.
