Children's Care, Play and Learning & Development Assessor (CCPLD)

Are you passionate about the development of others? Are you interested in providing Work Based Learning programmes to individuals through your own diary management? If so, we want to hear from you!

Due to growth, an exciting opportunity has arisen for a CCPLD Assessor to join our fantastic Team. The role involves assessing and training candidates against QCF (levels 2 or 3) Children’s Care, Play and Learning Qualifications within the learner’s workplace. This also includes the delivery of Essential Skills Wales qualifications.

 

The successful applicant will have previous experience of working within a children’s care establishment and will possess a great attitude and willingness to adapt and develop themselves further. A qualification within childcare is essential, as is the ability to speak and write via the medium of Welsh language. Experience of assessment practice is desirable as full training will be offered if necessary.  

 

The Assessor’s role is field/home based and requires daily travel to visit learners within and around West Wales, therefore a full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is essential.

Basic Salary: From £21,000 to £25,000 per annum based on previous experience and qualifications held, PLUS an additional £500 for Welsh medium delivery.

Hours: Full-time (37 hours per week).

Leadership & Management Assessor

Are you an experienced leader/Manager who is passionate about the development of others? Are you interested in offering management qualifications to individuals through your own diary management? If so, we want to hear from you!

The Assessor's role involves visiting candidates in the workplace to support, train and assess (deliver) against the Level 4/5 Higher Apprenticeship in Leadership and Management, which includes the delivery of Essential Skills Wales qualifications. Successful applicants will have previously worked within a managerial or leadership role, will possess a great attitude and be willing to adapt and develop themselves further. A full UK driving license and access to a vehicle is also essential. A qualification held in either leadership and management or assessment practice is desirable as full training will be provided where required. Welsh speaking and writing skills are desirable.

Vacancy 1- Delivery across Powys.

Vacancy 2- Delivery along the M4 corridor and surrounding areas.
